So when I have mornings that require me to hit the ground running, but fatigue is just making me want to go back to bed, I use this as a way to wake up hours before my body will accept coffee. (Seriously, I spend a good 18hrs a day in a water only fast)
It’s very zippy, within 20 minutes I’m awake and raring to go. It doesn’t take much either. Also, something I find very interesting: IF I do take it with kratom, it extends the legs of whatever I’ve taken for another good hour or so… Long day ahead? I suggest dialing back the kratom dose by at least a third to a half, and add in a small amount of javanica. But you’ll have to experiment, as YMMV (your mileage may vary) compared to mine. Definitely recommend trying if you like zippy and/or need to rotate something other than kratom.
